SUCCESSOR SYSTEMS — LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Effective: October 1, 2025

What is covered

SUCCESSOR SYSTEMS, LLC ("SUCCESSOR SYSTEMS," "we," "our," or "us") warrants to the original retail purchaser ("you" or "purchaser") that:

  1. 3D-Printed Frame – Limited Lifetime Warranty
    For as long as you own the firearm, the original 3D-printed polymer frame/receiver manufactured by SUCCESSOR SYSTEMS (the "Frame") will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.

  2. Other Original Parts – Limited Warranty
    All other original parts of the firearm as sold and assembled by SUCCESSOR SYSTEMS — including OEM and third-party components installed by SUCCESSOR SYSTEMS at the time of original sale (such as slides, barrels, internal components, and supplied magazines) but excluding external accessories like optics and lights — will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase.

This Limited Lifetime Frame Warranty and Limited Firearm Warranty apply only to firearms manufactured or assembled by SUCCESSOR SYSTEMS and sold new by an authorized SUCCESSOR SYSTEMS dealer within the United States.

This warranty covers OEM and third-party components only to the extent they are part of the firearm as assembled and sold by SUCCESSOR SYSTEMS. It does not apply to such components once removed from the firearm, installed on other firearms, or modified after sale.

What we will do

If a defect covered by this warranty is reported to us in accordance with the Claim Procedure below, SUCCESSOR SYSTEMS will, at our option:

  • Repair the affected part or firearm using new or refurbished parts; or

  • Replace the affected part or firearm with the same or a comparable model; or

  • Refund the original purchase price of the affected part or firearm (less reasonable depreciation for non-Frame parts that are no longer under the one-year limited warranty).

SUCCESSOR SYSTEMS will cover parts and labor for covered warranty repairs. Shipping costs for return to SUCCESSOR SYSTEMS are the responsibility of the purchaser; SUCCESSOR SYSTEMS will pay return shipping to the purchaser for warranty repairs within the U.S. unless otherwise agreed.

What is NOT covered (exclusions)

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage, malfunction, or failure resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, unauthorized modification or repair, improper assembly or installation, corrosion, salt water exposure, lack of maintenance, or use of improper, reloaded, damaged, or hand-loaded ammunition.

  • For the 3D-printed Frame:

    • Cosmetic layer lines or surface artifacts inherent to additive manufacturing that do not affect safety or function;

    • Discoloration, minor warping, or cosmetic changes due to environmental exposure (UV, temperature, moisture) that do not materially affect function;

    • Damage caused by exposure to harsh chemicals, aggressive solvents, or other substances not recommended in the owner’s manual.

  • Normal wear and tear (including finish wear, holster wear, erosion of metal parts, or natural degradation of coatings).

  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, finish blemishes) that does not materially affect function.

  • Damage resulting from alterations, stippling, machining, cutting, or other modifications to the Frame or any part of the firearm.

  • Damage resulting from use in competitive shooting, law enforcement or military use (unless a separate written agreement is in place), rental or commercial use.

  • Loss, theft, or damage not related to a manufacturing defect.

  • Accessories and components not covered:

    • Any accessory not sold as an integral part of the firearm, including but not limited to optics, red-dot sights, scopes, lights, lasers, aftermarket magazines, holsters, and similar items, which remain subject to the applicable manufacturer’s warranty;

    • Any OEM or third-party components installed or replaced by the purchaser or a third party after original sale (these are covered, if at all, only by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty).

Transferability

This warranty is limited to the original retail purchaser and is not transferable except where required by applicable law. If your jurisdiction requires transferability, contact Customer Service for the applicable terms.

Warranty claim procedure (how to get service)

  1. Retain proof-of-purchase.

  2. Contact SUCCESSOR SYSTEMS Customer Service at: support@successorsystems.com or (502) 783-7548 for Return Authorization (RA) and instructions.

  3. You must provide: firearm serial number, model, date of purchase, name of authorized dealer, description of defect, and proof of purchase (sales receipt). Failure to provide required information may delay or void the warranty claim.

  4. Do not ship a firearm without prior Return/RA authorization and instructions. Shipments sent without RA may be refused.

  5. When shipping for service, include a written description of the issue and return shipping instructions. Follow all applicable laws for firearm transport; remove all ammunition.

  6. DO NOT put any identifying markings on your package that indicate you are shipping a firearm.

  7. DO tell your shipper what you are shipping and follow their requirements.

  8. Ship with signature required.

Time to report

Notify us promptly after discovery of a defect. For any potential safety hazard, discontinue use immediately and contact Customer Service.

Limitation of remedies & disclaimers

THE REMEDIES PROVIDED IN THIS WARRANTY ARE THE PURCHASER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SUCCESSOR SYSTEMS DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUCCESSOR SYSTEMS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, ECONOMIC, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF TIME, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, OR ANY OTHER ECONOMIC LOSS, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE FIREARM OR FRAME, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF SUCCESSOR SYSTEMS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT PERMIT EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY IN ITS ENTIRETY.

Safety & proper use required

This warranty does not cover defects resulting from failure to follow firearm safety rules or the instructions and warnings contained in the owner’s manual. Use only appropriate, factory-recommended ammunition and have modifications or repairs performed by SUCCESSOR SYSTEMS or an authorized SUCCESSOR SYSTEMS service center. Failure to follow the owner’s manual, including storage and maintenance instructions (especially for the 3D-printed Frame), may void this warranty.

Governing law / dispute resolution

This Limited Lifetime Frame Warranty and Limited Firearm Warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law doctrines, except where preempted by federal law. To the extent allowed by law, disputes concerning the warranty shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Lexington, KY, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (or other neutral forum). Any arbitration award may be submitted to any court of competent jurisdiction for enforcement. Where applicable consumer protection laws provide greater rights, those laws shall govern.

Consumer rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights under federal, state, or local law, and those rights vary by jurisdiction.

How state law may affect you

Some states limit or prohibit limitations or exclusions in this warranty. To the extent any limitation or exclusion is found unenforceable under applicable law, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
