Shipping Restrictions

Successor Systems LLC currently only ships within the United States. We do not ship to the following states or regions:

• New York
• New Jersey
• Washington, D.C.
• Massachusetts
• Connecticut
• Chicago and other restricted localities
• U.S. Territories or international addresses

Certain products (e.g., frames, slides, or serialized components) may be subject to additional restrictions or require transfer through a licensed FFL dealer.

FFL Compliance

All firearms sold through this website require transfer to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder before delivery to the end user.

• You must provide a valid FFL dealer’s name and address during checkout.  Our checkout process will aloow you to search youyr area for a valid FFL.
• We will only ship applicable items directly to a licensed FFL dealer.
• You are responsible for any transfer fees charged by your FFL dealer.  These fees ARE NOT included in the purchase price. (Psst, FFLs usually charge around $25-$30 for the transfer, but call to find out anyway ;)

We do not ship serialized frames, receivers, or complete firearms to private individuals.
