NOTICE: Our firearms are manufactured in full compliance with all applicable U.S. federal, state, and local regulations, ensuring adherence to industry standards and legal requirements.

Firearms Responsibility

Successor Systems LLC assumes no liability for the use, misuse, or illegal use of any product purchased through this website. It is the buyer’s responsibility to:

  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the purchase, ownership, and use of firearms and firearm parts.
  • Be legally eligible to purchase and possess firearms and/or firearm components.
  • Understand and follow all safety practices for handling, operating, and storing firearms.

We strongly recommend all buyers receive professional firearms safety training before using any firearm or component.

Shipping Policy and Restrictions

Successor Systems LLC currently only ships within the United States and UPS 2nd Day Air® (which is two business days via UPS) to an authorized FFL. We do not ship to the following states or regions at this time:

  • California
  • New York
  • New Jersey
  • Washington, D.C.
  • Massachusetts
  • Connecticut
  • Chicago and other restricted localities
  • U.S. Territories or international addresses

Certain products (e.g., frames, slides, or serialized components) may be subject to additional restrictions or require transfer through a licensed FFL dealer.

FFL Compliance

Successor Systems, LLC is licensed by the Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) as a Type 07 Federal Firearms License (FFL) Manufacturer and holder of the Special (Occupational) Tax (SOT) under the
National Firearms Act, enabling us to produce and transfer regular and NFA-regulated firearms. All firearms sold through this website require transfer to a licensed FFL dealer before delivery to the end user.  

  • You must provide a valid FFL dealer’s name and address during checkout.  Our checkout process will allow you to search your area for a valid FFL.
  • We will only ship applicable items directly to a licensed FFL dealer.
  • You are responsible for any transfer fees charged by your FFL dealer.  These fees ARE NOT included in the purchase price. (Psst, FFLs usually charge around $25-$30 for the transfer, but call to find out anyway)

We do not ship serialized frames, receivers, or complete firearms to private individuals.

No Warranty of Legal Compliance

Successor Systems LLC makes no guarantees that the items offered for sale are legal in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to:

  • Verify product legality in your state, city, or county before ordering.
  • Refrain from ordering any item prohibited where you live.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that may violate laws, but we cannot guarantee detection of all restrictions prior to fulfillment.

Product Use & Modifications

Our products are designed for lawful recreational, sporting, or self-defense use only. Successor Systems LLC is not responsible for:

  • Damage or injury caused by improper use or modifications
  • Use of our products in illegal or unsafe configurations
  • Compatibility issues with non-OEM or third-party parts

  • Ammunition

    Our guns are designed for use ONLY with commercially available ammunition per the caliber you selected.  

      • Successor Systems LLC guarantees reliability of your weapon using only factory ammunition. We will not guarantee reliability using hand-loaded ammunition or any factory ammunition manufactured with aluminum or steel cases.

    Manufacturing Lead Time 

    Successor Systems LLC custom guns are manufactured in Kentucky, USA.  Custom gun lead time is 6-8 weeks.  Guns on the "In Stock" section usually ship in 1-2 business days using UPS 2nd Day Air. 

    Export Control Notice

    Firearms and firearm components may be subject to U.S. export control laws under ITAR or EAR. No products from this site may be exported without proper U.S. government authorization. Violations of these regulations are punishable under federal law.

    Indemnification

    By using this site, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Successor Systems LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or legal actions resulting from the use or misuse of products purchased through this site.
